I'm a IT Specialist at the University of Illinois, University Library where I'm an IT Specialist and supervise a team of student employees. During my career I have held a number of roles which has given me a wide range of experience. Three words that best describe me are focused, supportive, and passionate.

Focused - Using project management skills I'm able to balance deadlines, competing priorities, and varying complexities.

Supportive - I lead with compassion when working on projects and supervising students.

Passionate - I take joy in the work I do which motivates me to continually improve and challenge myself to do better.
